With our snowpack that averages 120 inches per year and
our proximity to Lake Erie, this location gives us ideal conditions for
sweet runs of sap in the Spring. Our farm has been producing syrup
since the early 1900's. We continue in the tradition of producing small
batches of the highest quality maple syrup.
